Beautiful view of the ocean. Went just before sunset and watched the sun drop into the ocean to see the emerald flash. Absolutely gorgeous. Humberto and Omar were amazing hosts.

Mario Mendoza is proudly from León, Guanajuato, and has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has traveled throughout much of Mexico and taken his passion abroad, visiting iconic cities such as Rome, Spain, and London. In each destination, he has shared what he calls his philosophy of Mexican Liquid Culture, a proposal that fuses creativity, sustainability, and pride in national products.
His approach centers on creating innovative cocktails, responsibly crafted with local ingredients, promoting the richness of Mexico in every sip. Mario Mendoza’s vision not only elevates mixology but also seeks to raise awareness about the importance of sustainable consumption, positioning him as a benchmark in the industry both nationally and internationally.
